We are seeking a Service Repair Technician to perform a variety of residential and commercial repair work. This position is ideal for someone with general construction, maintenance, remodeling, carpentry, siding, or handyman experience who is interested in learning roofing repair techniques. It could offer a career path into residential or commercial roofing repair while allowing you to utilize and expand your existing construction and handyman skills.

What You’ll Do

• Complete small carpentry repairs and exterior maintenance projects
• Perform siding repairs and replacement work
• Complete minor concrete and masonry repairs as needed
• Perform general handyman and property repair tasks
• Diagnose building and exterior maintenance issues
• Learn and perform residential and commercial roofing repairs through company training
• Document completed work using photos and mobile applications
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the operations team
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service on every job

What You Bring

Experience:

• Construction, maintenance, remodeling, handyman, carpentry, siding, or related experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Dependable, organized, and accountable
• Roofing experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn roofing repair techniques and build new skills

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing ladders, and roof access
• Clear vision, hearing, and communication abilities
• Regular typing and use of mobile devices
• Comfortable with working outdoors
• Exposure to weather, heights, noise, and jobsite conditions
• Occasional early mornings, evenings, or adjusted hours based on project needs
